Getting Started Guide
Your products. One link. Orders.
Overview
What is ECatlog?

ECatlog is a digital catalog platform for any business. Instead of sending PDF files or flooding WhatsApp with photos, you create a live catalog and share one link with your customers. They browse, add to cart, and place orders — directly from their phone.

Why not just send a PDF?

PDFs go outdated the moment you change a price. ECatlog is always live — update a price once and every customer sees it instantly.

Tips
Get better results.

Use clear product photos

Square or portrait images work best. Better photos lead to more orders.

Write clear product names

Include key details in the name. Makes search easier for customers.

Set minimum quantities

Prevents orders below your minimum lot size.

Add your logo

Upload your logo in Settings. Makes the catalog look professional and branded.

Share the link, not screenshots

Customers can browse and order from a link. Screenshots can't do that.

Use separate catalogs

Create per season or category. Share only the relevant catalog with each customer.
